Well this really was a game of two halves against a Kinver team much improved form our last meeting.

Picture the scene, storm force winds and blinding sunshine in our eyes. We really were up against the elements in the first half. All Kinver had to do was tap the ball and the wind blew it half the length of the pitch. Our boys had the common sense to play beautiful football along the floor to counter-act the hurricane like winds down on Brown West Head. For 20 minutes we battled against a strong Kinver team helped massively by Mother Nature. We made it up to half time with the scores locked at nil-nil. To our disappointment the wind settled down but our players didn't. Pressure right from the off and a breakthrough. A long throw-in from Dan on the left was met by George who lobbed one over the Kinver goalkeepers head. From then on it was total football from Kidderminster with Lewis, Jack and Jordan starting moves off at the back and good passages of interplay between George, Dan, David, Gareth, Byron, Jamie, Jack O, Alex and Haydn (obviously not all at once, I think the referee may have had something to say about 12 players on the pitch). David scored two cracking goals from wide on the right which left the keeper clutching at thin air. A David corner for the 3rd time this season was met by Dan who rifled in from the edge of the box. Jack and Byron also came very close to adding more in a very impressive display. And George joined the Harriers Hawks elite in the hat-trick club. Byron was the founder member with 3 against Mostyn, Jack then joined next with 3 against Kinver in the cup, today George got his 3 again against Kinver.

Well done all 12 of you, we have a positive goal difference for the first time since the opening game of the season and currently boast a 5 match unbeaten home record.
