KHFitC 4 v 3 Nunnery Wildcats - report by Mel Weaver 

On a cold, wet and windy Sunday Morning, Harriers lined up with Ben G, Charlie, Josh, Ashley, Ben A, Jack, Jordy, Ryan, Mac, Dan and Harry. Subs: Sam and ‘H’.

A bright start from Nunnery saw Harriers pinned back in their own half.

A good move saw Jordy’s shot saved well. A good spell of Harriers pressure kept Nunnery pegged back. Another good run saw Jordy shoot wide. Both teams were working hard with few chances.

A goal kick from Ben saw the ball come straight back into the penalty area and Nunnery scored 0-1.

Another goalmouth scramble saw Nunnery score 0-2.   A good move saw Ben A’s cross go in at the far post, 1-2 at half-time.

Harriers lined up for the second half with Sam and H coming on for Danny and Josh, Ben G coming out of goal and Harry taking over between the posts. A good move from Harriers saw Jordy go close.

More Harriers pressure brought an equaliser from Ryan, 2-2. Good football from both teams with chances both ends.

A corner from Ben G saw Jordy volley in, 3-2 to Harriers.

A break from Nunnery saw them score 3-3. More chances both ends kept an exciting game going and a break from Harriers saw Jordy score the winner, 4-3 to Harriers.

A great game brought Harriers a well deserved win. Credit to all the team for battling back from 2-0 down.
