On a dismal wet afternoon, Kidderminster Harriers started with Charlie, Ashley, Mac, Adrian, Harry, Ben A, Ben G, Jack, Josh, Danny and Ryan.
A bright start from both teams, with few chances, both teams having corners which were well defended. A defensive mix-up saw Mostyn score 0-1. A good break from Harriers saw Harry go close to an equaliser. A good move from a throw in saw Jack shoot and nearly equalise. Harriers were pushing Mostyn back and getting on top. Another chance came from a goalmouth scramble with a shot from Jack saved. A great save from Charlie kept the score at 0-1. The half-time score was 0-1.
Fletch, Sam and H came on for the second half.
An early corner for the Harriers and a shot from Harry as the Harriers started brightly in this half. Another break and shot from Ben G. was just wide as Harriers pressurised for an equaliser. Two corners for Mostyn penned Harriers in their area but good defending kept it at 0-1. More pressure and a breakaway saw Mostyn score 0-2. A break and shot from Harry nearly brought a goal with a good save from the goalie. The Harriers kept working hard but couldn't pull it back.
